Request a Private Event
Lake Afton Public Observatory offers our facilities for use for birthdays, receptions, and other sorts of events. We’ll schedule volunteers to get your party access to the entire observatory, and even set up tables and chairs for you!
We charge $75 for the first 20 people, then $3/person above that.
Paying in one transaction is preferred.
We ask for at least three weeks notice to allow us time to schedule volunteers.
In addition to standard night viewing, daytime appointments for viewing the Sun, Venus (and occasionally the Moon) are possible also.
